Reservation and Cancellations: Rates apply to reservations only. Rates do not apply to conventions,groups and weekends. No location guaranteed on specials. Extra charge for room request! A one night deposit is required to confirm reservations of 4 nights or less. A two night deposit is required to confirm reservations of 5 nights or more. Deposit(s) must be received within 7 days of making your reservation. Credit Cards are not accepted over the phone as a one night deposit. Balance is due at check-in and is payable in cash, travelers checks, or credit card. No personal checks are accepted on arrival. A change of dates may constitute a cancellation. Deposit is refundable if notified 2 weeks prior to arrival date- subject to 25% handling fee. Deposit is not transferable. No refunds due to inclement weather. Misrepresentations voids reservation. Only ONE parking space per unit- extra parking space available for additional charge. All confirmed reservations will be held until 6:00 pm, unless otherwise notified. Sorry NO PETS!
